What If You Really Don't Feel Like It?

There are definitely some days where I really don't feel like doing much of anything. Not that I don't like getting out and doing things and being active but those days... those days are hard. There are days when I don't want to do house work. Can I just do nothing? Literally nothing, not sleep, not watch endless YouTube videos, not read, just seriously nothing. Just to sit and let my mind wander away.

But on those types of days you know what the best solution is? It's to just do it! Just freakin' do it. Do the dishes. Clean the bathroom. Make the bed. Vacuum.


It's amazing, once you get momentum doing 3-4 tasks, how fast you can knock so many mundane and frankly, annoying tasks right out of the ball park.

Just start! You'll be completely happy you did!
