Vitamin D. It affects a lot of things in your body. From your mood to your bones. If you find yourself feeling fatigued and depressed, sore and achy (for no real reason), and that you just seem to not be functioning like you should be. Get your blood work done and check your vitamin d levels. Mine are significantly low, mostly because I live in a place that does not get a lot of sun during the winter and the winters are long. ANDDDDD it rains a ton! Check you vitamin d levels!
