Chalupa (Mexican Chili) By R.A.W.W.

Put all ingredients in a crock-pot, stir and cook for 10-14 hours.

  • 2 cups dry pinto beans (we also use a mix of soup beans)

  • 2lbs of pork roast

  • 7 cups of water

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

  • 1 clove of minced garlic

  • 1 Tbsp of salt

  • 2 Tbsp of chili powder

  • 1 Tbsp Cumin

  • I can chopped green chiles

We serve it up with cheddar cheese, sour cream, corn chips (or a healthier tortilla chip option), diced red onions, and hot sauce for those who like heat.
